Privacy policy

Mailbox Collector uses Google-authorised, read-only access to retrieve email messages, attachments and account metadata for the account owner's requested collection workflow.

Credentials are encrypted on the owner's computer. Original messages and attachments are retained locally. Derived records, evidence references and collection reports are stored in the owner's private Supabase project to support the requested workflow. This public website receives no mailbox content.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Mailbox Collector's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

The owner controls retained local and cloud copies and may delete them at any time. Access can be revoked through Google Account connections; revocation stops future access but does not delete previously saved copies.

This information site has no forms or application analytics. Its hosting provider may process routine request logs to operate the site.
